Ana San Elias

Director of Management Development

As the Director of Management Development, Ana provides support to all portfolio managers as she creates, implements, and improves the portfolio managers' training. This mentorship role ensures constant development in managers’ professional skills which requires making regular modifications to each managers training.

Ana values integrity and honesty in the workplace and in her personal life. She is committed to transparency, and doing what is best to protect our owners’ investment.

Ana has six years of management experience with strong verbal and written skills. She has honed her conflict resolution abilities, organizational capabilities, has a genuine interest in customer service, and a people-centric nature which has led to her excellent interpersonal competency.

In her free time, Ana enjoys trying new fitness classes, traveling, attending concerts, and skiing.

Ana earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and completed the pre-law program. During her college years, she dedicated her time to the Hispanic Business Students Association, S.J. Quinney College of Law’s Pro Bono Initiative, the Office of Engagement, Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. and the Associated Students of the University of Utah.

Earlier in her career, Ana served as the Government Affairs and Policy Fellow at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. As she transitioned to property management, Ana became a Certified Manager (CMCA) through the Community Associations Institute.
