Resale Coordinator and Office Executive Assistant
Chelsey joined the Treo team in September 2017 as a portfolio manager, and has since become the Resale Coordinator and the “right hand” and assistant to Treo’s CEO.
As resale coordinator, Chelsey ensures real estate agents, their clients and all relevant parties have all important documents to meet the close of escrow dates. She thrives as the executive assistant thanks to two of her strengths: planning and organizing. An asset to Treo, she truly enjoys planning, developing, implementing, and organizing new systems and processes and tweaking them until they are as efficient as possible. She also brings her thorough knowledge of policies and procedures to bear on this process.
Chelsey’s history has provided her many different levels of experience where she has proven to be well-organized and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Always curious, Chelsey relishes the challenge of learning new software or applications, and as technology changes, she is one of the first to adopt and embrace new skills. She approaches all aspects of the job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges.
Born and raised in Utah, Chelsey loves skiing in the beautiful Wasatch mountains, but you can also always find her wherever there is a lake or body of water. Outside of the great outdoors, she is a master esthetician and loves all things “beauty.” Her greatest passion is her family. She prides herself most on being the best wife, mother of two, and grandmother of four that she can be.
