Eric manages day-to-day operations for our associations’ needs, including vendor contracts. He works to establish good relationships with owners and vendors to help plan and execute fiscally-responsible budgets based on the needs of the property. Hardworking and honest, Eric takes the responsibility to care for someone’s home or place of business very seriously.
Outside of Treo, Eric has a background in construction which helps him detect issues and propose resolutions. He's worked for more than a decade in property management since 2011, and keeps up to date with current HOA laws and standards. This includes seeking additional training certifications to reduce water costs within the association.
A native Utahn, Eric has two children with his wife of 26 years. He enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, music, and art.
