Heather prides herself on providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, board members and vendors. Her work includes providing community inspection reports to HOA board of directors twice per month, obtaining bids for capital improvements and annual contracts to ensure quality work and service are being provided for the lowest possible cost to the HOA, and attending HOA board meetings to ensure that things are running smoothly and community needs are being met.
A team player, Heather is always willing to jump in and help anyone in need.
Heather brings with her proven leadership with 20+ years of progressive accomplishments in property management, including renovations, acquisitions, new construction, budgeting, financial reporting, and major capital improvement projects.
Beyond Treo, Heather and her husband are proud of their blended family with five children and three fur babies. They love to camp, hike, kayak, fish, live music, and travel, and are always seeking new adventures in new places. She is also an avid reader and passionate about self-improvement and lifelong learning.
