As the CEO, Kati is responsible for setting a vision and executive organizational strategies for the company’s success, but her most enjoyable and prominent role is setting a company culture that promotes long-term growth and leadership amongst her team.
Kati values integrity, follow-through, and fun in the workplace. She is committed to providing expertise and proactive management strategies to her team and associations, while making a fun environment to be a part of.
Kati has extensive management and leadership experience. Her honest, proactive nature and strong communication skills aid in the success of the company and the vision she has created.
In her free time, Kati enjoys traveling, watching her teenage sons play sports, attending live music, skiing, and mountain biking.
Kati earned her degree from the University of Utah. Kati has served on the Board of Governors and Young Alumni Board for the University of Utah and continues to serve on additional Boards within the community.
Kati became a Professional Community Associations Manager (PCAM) through the Community Associations Institute, the pinnacle of community association management. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
