Portfolio Manager
Mike is responsible for maintaining Treo properties' community common areas and scheduling and running board meetings. He works directly with the HOA boards to form and execute their budgets, attending to their needs and priorities in a timely manner. Mike knows how to troubleshoot and resolves problems with owners when the need arises. More than anything, Mike brings a calm presence to our Treo team with the ability to get things done.
Mike has a computer programing degree and property management certification through CMCA.
When he is not helping Treo's communities, Mike loves to read and golf. With his wife of 46 years, he has five kids and 14 grandkids which gives him plenty of chances to attend his grandkids' ball games, dance recitals, and singing performance.
